Seatrade Cruise Med opened its doors in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on 16 and 17 September, marking the 30th anniversary of its partnership with long-standing partner MedCruise. Both organisations began their activity in 1996.
The event brought together leading figures from the cruise industry, with more than 100 speakers taking part. Over the course of the two days, attendees were able to join more than 25 sessions and access over 20 hours of content.
Councillor for Tourism Rosa Rodríguez took part in the event, at which the growing importance of cruise tourism for Puerto del Rosario as a gateway to Fuerteventura was highlighted.
