Puerto del Rosario Town Council is inviting residents of the Resiplaya area to an information meeting to be held on Thursday 24 September at 5.00pm, at the Centro Polivalente in the El Charco neighbourhood, located at Calle Almirante Lallermand, 102, Puerto del Rosario, to explain the area’s planning history, the current status of the works and the next steps planned by the council.
The meeting will provide information on the launch of the public cooperation system and the land reparcelling project, which is needed to fairly distribute rights, charges and costs for the outstanding works among the properties. The council will also explain the current status of the urban development and infrastructure projects (electricity, telecommunications and street lighting), ahead of their submission to the environmental authority for processing and approval.
The aim is for residents to understand the procedure, its stages and the actions needed to complete Resiplaya’s urban development, and to have any questions affecting them answered.
