Each area of Fuerteventura organizes its duty rota differently, following the schedule published by the Official College of Pharmacists of Las Palmas:
- Puerto del Rosario: In Puerto del Rosario the on-duty pharmacy changes every day from Monday to Saturday; on Sunday the pharmacy that was on duty on Wednesday repeats.
- Caleta de Fuste: In Caleta de Fuste the duty is always covered by the same pharmacy.
- La Oliva - Corralejo: In La Oliva - Corralejo the duty is weekly: the same pharmacy covers the whole week and the handover takes place on Fridays.
- Morro Jable - Jandía: In Morro Jable - Jandía the duty is weekly: the same pharmacy covers the whole week and the handover takes place on Mondays.
- Tuineje - Gran Tarajal: In Tuineje - Gran Tarajal the duty is weekly: the same pharmacy covers the whole week and the handover takes place on Mondays.
