The event will take place on 11 September 2026 at the Centro Insular de Juventud in Puerto del Rosario
The Cabildo de Fuerteventura, through its New Technologies department and in collaboration with Clúster Canarias Excelencia Tecnológica, is presenting the professional conference #TechTrendsFV26 | Effective integration of AI in business, to be held on 11 September at the Assembly Hall of the Centro Insular de Juventud (Puerto del Rosario), from 9.00am to 2.00pm.
Following the excellent reception of previous editions held in Tenerife and Gran Canaria, the initiative now comes to Fuerteventura to help establish artificial intelligence as a cornerstone of economic and business competitiveness across the archipelago. The event forms part of the FuerteventurIA strategy: Artificial Intelligence for Everyone, and takes a fully applied approach, aiming to provide tools, practical case studies and knowledge that managers, SMEs and entrepreneurs can put to use from day one.
In the words of Carmen Alonso, New Technologies Councillor at the Cabildo de Fuerteventura: «Artificial Intelligence is no longer a promise for the future — it has become an essential management tool in the present day. With #TechTrendsFV26 we are bringing real, direct and applicable solutions to businesses and professionals in Fuerteventura, moving away from theoretical approaches to focus on delivering tangible value, optimising processes and boosting the competitiveness of our local productive sector.»
Over the course of the five-hour event, more than 100 attendees and around ten experts and speakers will explore the impact of AI on current business models through fast-paced talks (TechPitches), hands-on workshops, success stories and networking sessions.
