The operation has involved pruning, among other tasks, to ensure the tidiness and safety of residents on Calle Senador Velázquez and Calle del Carmen
Pájara Town Council, through the Departments of Environment and Gardens, headed respectively by Alexis Alonso and Laya Batista, has carried out maintenance work on the green areas in the streets of Morro Jable in order to keep the surroundings in optimum condition.
The deputy mayor and Gardens councillor, Alexis Alonso, explains that in recent days the trees on Calle Senador Velázquez and Calle del Carmen have been pruned, with their canopies also raised to improve safety for local residents.
The Environment councillor, Laya Batista, explains that “this work will continue over time, as maintenance and improvement tasks in these areas will carry on”.
These works add to the range of tasks carried out throughout the year by this department to maintain green spaces, reaffirming Pájara Town Council’s commitment to preserving and improving public areas.
