Puerto del Rosario Town Council strengthens commitment to regularising and completing Resiplaya
The Council held an information meeting with residents to explain the current situation in the area and the next steps planned to continue its urban development
Puerto del Rosario Town Council held an information meeting on Thursday with residents of Resiplaya to explain the current situation in the area, the work currently under way and the planned roadmap for completing its urban development.
The meeting covered the area’s planning history, the current status of the administrative process and the next steps planned by the Council, providing residents with information directly and answering the questions raised.
Planned actions include starting the process for the public cooperation system and the reparcelling project, instruments needed to continue advancing the area’s urban development.
Residents were also informed about the status of the urbanisation projects and the electrical, telecommunications and public lighting installations, whose processing will continue with submission to the relevant environmental authority.
The mayor of Puerto del Rosario, Cristóbal David de Vera, stressed that “Resiplaya is an area that needs a solution, and the Council is working to move forward in an orderly manner, with legal certainty and a clear roadmap that will allow us to complete its urban development”.
De Vera emphasised that “our commitment is to keep taking steps forward and to maintain direct communication with residents, explaining to them at every stage where the process stands and what actions will be carried out”.
For her part, the Councillor for Municipal Works, Town Planning and Development, Ana Hernández, explained that “this meeting has allowed us to tell residents directly where we stand and, above all, what the next steps ahead of us are”.
