The event is consolidated as a showcase for the culinary talent of Puerto del Rosario and a driving force for the local hospitality industry.
The sixth edition of the Tapas Route of Puerto del Rosario enters its final stretch with the announcement of the seven finalist establishments that have conquered the palates of the public thanks to their originality, presentation and taste.
The venues selected as the best of this edition are:

- 5 Senses, Rices and Tapas
- Condumio Gourmet
- The Influencer Restaurant
- Restobar Terra
- My way Gastrobar
This Wednesday, July 16, a professional jury composed of prominent figures in the gastronomic field will be in charge of evaluating the final proposals and choosing the winners. The jury is made up of:
- Macarena Sánchez, manager of ACORA (Association of Industrial Oil Mills of Córdoba).
- José Manuel Bajo, general secretary of the Baena Designation of Origin.
- Diana Marcelino, renowned head chef of El Secreto de Chimiche restaurant.
The mayor of Puerto del Rosario, David de Vera, has expressed his satisfaction with the success of participation: “the Tapas Route has established itself as an essential event to boost the local catering sector and promote our gastronomic identity. I thank all the participating establishments for their commitment and creativity, as well as the public that has responded enthusiastically one more year.”
For her part, the Councilor of Commerce, Tacoremi Gutiérrez, stressed the importance of this initiative for the local economic fabric: “this route not only makes visible the culinary talent we have in Puerto del Rosario, but also encourages consumption in our bars and restaurants, generating economic movement and opportunities for our entrepreneurs. In addition, we will continue to promote parallel activities such as tastings and workshops that enrich the experience for neighbors and visitors.”
The Tapas Route of Puerto del Rosario continues to position itself as a benchmark in the gastronomic calendar of Fuerteventura, with the aim of continuing to bring the culinary culture to all citizens.
