Summer Variety Market in Caleta de Fuste
– The Summer Variety Market is back in Caleta de Fuste, every Friday at El Castillo square from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm until June 6th.
The Antigua Town Hall resumes the Summer Variety Market organized by the Department of Commerce in the Caleta de Fuste square every Friday from 17:00 to 22:00 hours, from June 6 until Friday, September 26.
The summer will be enjoyed in Caleta de Fuste with several events, parties and attractive appointments that from different departments are being organized by the City Council of Antigua, says the mayor, Matias Peña Garcia, among these, we resume the Summer Variety Market that begins this Friday in the Plaza de El Castillo.
Fifteen stalls are the participants in this Summer Market, says the councilman, Giuseppe Signorino, facilitating from the Department of Commerce the assembly of the tents, light hookup, piped music and entertainment activities to facilitate the sale, as well as to attract the visit to the Plaza de El Castillo, tourists and residents mainly from the town.
In this Summer Market you can find all kinds of products to give as gifts or take home a souvenir of the island, adds Councilman Signorino, from accessories, bracelets and necklaces or bracelets, to hats, clothes, practical or decorative items for the house, toys for the little ones or fun caricatures made on the spot.
Every Friday afternoon during the summer, the Summer Variety Market in the Plaza El Castillo in Caleta de Fuste will offer, in addition to the attractive products on display, complementary and attractive activities such as an inflatable area, workshops and games for the enjoyment of children and their families.
The main objective of this Summer Market is to invite tourists to leave the hotels, offer entertaining activities to residents and stimulate trade or boost activity in cafes and restaurants, says the councilman.
