In accordance with the opening dates of the application submission period set from June 3, 2025 to June 8, 2025 for the authorization of temporary occupation of space for the location of street vendors and stalls at the
Macro-show Sun and Moon to be held on June 21, 2025 from 10:00 to 02:00 h on June 22, for the allocation of land for the installation of ventorrillo or street stall of this call, will be attended to the determinations of this instruction that are noted below
- Object of the award: The ventorrillo/ ventorrillos or similar stalls will be awarded, ventorrillo being understood as any temporary or dismountable installation as well as any vehicle-tent-caravan, etc. that on the occasion of festivals or public shows is installed on a temporary basis with the specific use of itinerant sale of drinks and/or food, or any other
type of products or services. - 2. Applications: The procedure is initiated when the interested party submits the “Application for Authorization to install a ventorrillo” by electronic registration, or any of the means provided by law, within the opening period indicated, and must be accompanied by the documentation listed in the following section.
- 3. Documentation that will accompany the application: In advance it is anticipated that, in the event that the application for initiation does not meet the requirements indicated by or if the documentation is incomplete, the interested party will be required to, within 3 days, correct the lack of documentation or accompany the mandatory documents, indicating that in case of not attending it, it will be considered abandoned his request, filing without further formalities with the effects provided in article 21 of the law 39/2015; having to accompany the application for authorization of installation of ventorrillo the following.

II. SPECIFIC DOCUMENTATION
Non-profit entities: in the case of Associations, collectives, clubs or
other non-profit entities must accompany the application for participation with the following documentation:o Photocopy of the CIF.
o Foundational Act registered in the corresponding Registry of Associations.
o ID of the representative, who must be a member of the
board of directors.
o Affidavit signed by the representative and the secretary or treasurer with
copy of the national ID of the declarants, stating that the
profits obtained will be used for the purposes of the entity. In addition to the

The person who subscribes the request will be the one who, in case of obtaining authorization, appears

same person. - SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS
Due to the organizational and development nature of the event, participants will be responsible for the power supply system for all the street vending stands through the rental or installation of the electric generator for the energy supply of their consumption as well as those related to consumption, installation project or any other means necessary to ensure optimal supply conditions. - ADMISSION TO PROCESS
First: The admission to process the applications of all those that were
submitted within the deadline and form provided and accompanied by the annexes contained in the
present instruction, rejecting those that did not meet these requirements, which, in all
cases, the reason for the rejection of those applications that in
case were not admitted to process must be duly justified. -
Second: Of all those applications that are admitted for processing,
will establish the award criteria numerically outlined in relation to the
award preference.
