The Department of Environment acts in several streets of the town within the plan to improve public spaces.
The Department of Environment of the City Council of Pájara completes the works of street cleaning, clearing and removal of vegetation in the streets Dulcine, Sancho Panza and Avenida del Quijote, located in the area of Barceló, in Jandía.
These actions are part of the municipal plan for the improvement and maintenance of public spaces, promoted with the aim of keeping the streets and common areas of the municipality in optimal conditions. The work carried out has helped to improve the image of the environment, improve pedestrian safety and prevent risks related to the accumulation of dry vegetation.
The Councilor for the Environment, Ángeles Acosta, points out that these tasks are essential to preserve the quality of the urban environment. “With these actions we not only improve the aesthetics of the municipality, but also contribute to the collective welfare and the good use of our streets and common areas,” she says.
She also thanked the residents of the area for their involvement, who, she said, “have facilitated the development of the works”.
The City Council of Pájara reminds that the maintenance of a clean environment is a shared responsibility and encourages citizens to continue collaborating in the conservation of public space.
