The City Council of Puerto del Rosario reports that from Thursday July 3 to Friday July 11, 2025, will be open the deadline to apply for authorization to install ventorrillos and stalls on the occasion of the Fiestas del Rosario.
📍 These are temporary occupations of public space for dismountable installations, food-trucks or similar dedicated to the sale of beverages, food or other products during celebrations.
📝 How to apply?
Through the electronic registry of the City Council or by the legally authorized means.
📂 Required documentation (summary):
✅ Applicant’s ID card
✅ Photo of the stand
✅ Proof of Social Security and AEAT
✅ Liability insurance (minimum 600,000 €)
✅ Technical certificates (electrical, gas, fire)
✅ Technical data sheet or certificate of suitability
✅ Food handler’s license
✅ For associations: CIF, founding act, statement of purpose
⚠️ In case of missing documentation, the interested party will be notified for correction within a period of 5 days.
