The City Council of La Oliva, through the Department of Commerce, headed by Alexandra Martin, convenes a technical meeting with the owners of the Plaza de la Música together with municipal technicians and the participation of the Department of Urban Planning, managed by David Hernandez, and the Department of Traffic, with Christian Rodriguez in charge.
The main purpose of the meeting was to analyze the current situation of the environment and to work together in the search for solutions that favor order, coexistence and harmony in this emblematic meeting point of the municipality.
The mayor of La Oliva, Isaí Blanco, says: “From the City Council, we consider it necessary to prioritize the active involvement of the owners in this process, giving them a voice and attending to their proposals, in order to ensure that the measures adopted respond to the real needs of the space and contribute to its improvement both for users and for neighbors and visitors”.
For her part, the Councilor for Commerce, Alexandra Martin, stresses the importance of “opening channels of direct and effective communication with the owners, who are key players in the revitalization and proper functioning of the Plaza de la Música. The goal is that this space remains a benchmark of coexistence, orderly commercial activity and mutual respect.”
The councilman of Urban Planning, David Hernandez, also highlights “the need to plan and adapt this environment with a long-term vision, ensuring that its development is orderly, accessible and sustainable for all.”
Finally, the traffic councilman, Christian Rodriguez, added: “Improving mobility and circulation around the square is a key part of making this space work properly, ensuring safety and fluidity for neighbors and visitors.”
