Pilgrimage and Proclamation begin the Los Alares Festival in Honor of Our Lady of La Caridad del Cobre
– D. Antonio González Santana receives tonight the Pilgrimage, with a personal and anecdotal Proclamation of Festivities, comparing the times of today and yesterday.
– The Grand Verbena on Saturday night will feature the groups N-Klave, DJ Abián Reyes and the group Kalibre, and on Sunday at the Verbena del Solajero, the orchestras Estrella Latina, Jacomar and Grupo Bomba and his orchestra and the group Kandela.
This Friday 16 at 19:00 hours, the pilgrimage goes through the ravine of Majada Blanca to the Plaza de Los Alares, where at 21:00 hours will take place the proclamation by D. Antonio González Santana and a Baile de Taifas with the participation of the folk groups of the Senior Center of Antigua and El Campillo.
Los Alares celebrates this weekend its Fiestas in Honor of Our Lady of La Caridad del Cobre, with an intense program that concentrates Pilgrimage, Folkloric Performances, Children’s Games, says the councilman of Festivities, Pedro Armas, in addition to Great Verbena until dawn and Verbena del Solajero, and of course adds the councilman the Procession in Honor of Our Lady of La Caridad del Cobre.
