The City Council of Antigua from the Department of Social Services, given the success of its first edition last year, organizes up to two groups of Yoga in Silla, responding to all requests and expanding the possibility that even more interested people sign up, explains the councilor of area, America Soto Betancor.
The mayor, Matías Peña García and the councilor welcomed the participants, thanking also the closeness and professionalism shown by the therapist Rosa Guerrero, a pioneer in teaching Chair Yoga on the island, expert in exercises, practices and simple routines that keep the body in good condition, providing physical agility and well-being in life.
The mayor congratulated the teacher’s proposal and the initiative to enroll the participants, because although the classes are aimed at people 60 years of age or older, those who enroll here are not the elderly, but those who decide to stay young in physical and mental health.
Remember that any proposal you make to the City Council of Antigua will be implemented and organized from the council that is needed, because you know that the elderly of this municipality are not denied anything, as it should be, concludes the alderman Matias Peña.
