Youth Activities Summering in Antigua
– The Antigua Town Hall from the Youth Department organizes six fun activities, excursions and team games during the summer.
– Registration is free and open from Monday, June 30, by Registration at the Town Hall of Antigua, Tenencia de Alcaldía in Caleta de Fuste or through the website www.ayto-antigua.es.
– Summer activities for young people between 12 and 30 years of age, preferably registered in the municipality.
Thinking about the young people of the municipality from 12 years old, says Mayor Matías Peña García, the Antigua City Council from the Department of Youth organizes several summer activities, all free registration to facilitate their participation.
These activities for young people are complemented during the summer with the Children’s Sports Mornings organized by the Department of Sports or Cultural Camps organized by the Department of Culture or festivities and summer concert program from the City of Antigua are organized for everyone and all tastes, adds the mayor.
According to the councilman of Youth, Pedro M. Armas, the idea is to offer them the opportunity to share group activities that provide them with fun, adventure, or outdoor experiences that will surely remain in their memories.
The program for young people, Summering in Antigua proposes in July, on the 17th a visit to the Acua Water Park Corralejo and on the 23rd to participate in team Karting races and Paintball games.
In the month of August, on the 8th, have fun in Water Activities, on the 13th and 14th, Horseback Excursions, on the 22nd a Catamaran trip and on August 29th, a closing party with snacks for all the participants, who will have the opportunity to reminisce and share fun moments.
The registration period for the different activities begins this Monday, June 30 and until places are filled, says the Councillor for Youth, giving preference to young people registered in the municipality from 12 to 30 years of age, and must be formalized by the Entry Register at the Town Hall of Antigua, the Mayor’s Office in Caleta de Fuste or by the electronic headquarters on the website www.ayto-antigua.es.
