The Cabildo coordinates with the City Council of P\u00e1jara and the crews of ‘Fuerteventura, beautiful by nature’.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The crews reinforce road safety during the works and carry out parallel actions that result in the improvement of the area.<\/strong><\/em>M<\/strong><\/p>\n

The train of recebe of the Cabildo of Fuerteventura
\nhas started the rehabilitation of dirt roads of La Punta de Jand\u00eda.
\nThis is a regular action, from the Service of Works and Machinery of
\nthe Island Corporation, in coordination with the City Council of P\u00e1jara and the
\ncrews of ‘Fuerteventura, beautiful by nature’.<\/p>\n

Today the works have started from the
\ncemetery of Morro Jable, as every month and a half approximately, and the
\nmachinery will advance to complete the entire road network of La Punta de Jand\u00eda. <\/p>\n

The president of the Cabildo, Lola Garcia, has
\nhighlighted the work carried out by the Cabildo’s reclamation trains to
\nimprove and maintain in optimal conditions the roads throughout the territory
\nisland, with work throughout the year.<\/p>\n

This system of work of the Works and Machinery Service
\nis constant and its recycling trains rotate throughout the island
\nin a never-ending cycle. The Councilor for Works and Machinery, Blas Acosta, explains
\nthat this procedure “is essential to maintain road communications
\nin the interior of the island, since much of its road network is not asphalted
\nand links urban points with other points of tourist interest, being the state of
\nthese tracks a key element to take care to improve the quality of life of residents
\nand ensure the best experience for visitors”. <\/p>\n

The train of recebe will dedicate the next few days to
\nreview the surface of the various dirt tracks to remove the
\nirregularities that have been appearing by the usual transit of vehicles,
\nin addition to the action of natural elements such as rain and wind.<\/p>\n

The network of dirt roads of Punta de
\nJand\u00eda starts from the cemetery of Morro Jable and consists of roads widely
\nused by residents and tourists on a regular basis, besides being the scene of
\ninternational film recordings.<\/p>\n

Coordination between administrations and
\nresources is one of the keys in the planning of the Works Service and
\nMachinery. The combination of efforts multiplies the effects of these
\nactions. A clear example is the support of the crews of the program
\n‘Fuerteventura, beautiful by nature’ with signalmen to reinforce road safety
\nduring the works. <\/p>\n

In addition, the Works and Machinery Service of the
\nCabildo, through its own means Gesti\u00f3n y Planeamiento Territorial y
\nMedioambiental (Gesplan), is planning other parallel actions that will result in
\nimprovements for the area, such as the cleaning and conditioning of the surroundings of the
\nCofete village and its architectural icons, especially the Casa del
