The photovoltaic streetlights, financed through LEADER funds, are a clear example of how institutional collaboration can improve the quality of life in our rural areas.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rigorous adjudication and comprehensive solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>The Councilor for Contracting, <strong>Maria Franco<\/strong>, stressed that the contract award was made through a &#8220;rigorous and transparent&#8221; process.<strong><em>rigorous and transparent<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; <strong>SEDANE 2000 S.L.<\/strong>, a company specialized in sustainable technological solutions, was selected.  <em>&#8220;The contract includes both the supply and installation of the streetlights, guaranteeing a <strong>comprehensive and efficient service<\/strong>. It is an example of how we apply European funds responsibly and transparently.&#8221;   <\/em>he added.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efficient technology that protects the environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>The councilman for Services and Towns and Neighborhoods, <strong>David de Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, detailed the technical characteristics of these new luminaires: &#8220;<em>With <strong>2700 Kelvin color temperature<\/strong>, these streetlights not only provide the necessary illumination for rural accesses and crossings, but also <strong>reduce light pollution<\/strong>, allowing for greater protection of the night sky. This technology is aligned with the <strong>Starlight Reserve<\/strong>criteria&#8221;. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Respectful design adapted to the landscape<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>For her part, the councilor of Works, <strong>Ana Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, pointed out that the selected streetlight model, called <strong>&#8216;Villa&#8217;,<\/strong> has proven its effectiveness in previous installations. <em>&#8220;It is a traditional design that integrates <strong>sustainable technology and energy efficiency<\/strong>, achieving an aesthetic harmonization with the rural environment of the municipality.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainable modernization with rural identity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>With this action, the City Council of Puerto del Rosario progresses in its strategy to implement the <strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong> in rural areas.
