Applications: The procedure is initiated when the interested party submits the \u201cApplication for Authorization to install a ventorrillo\u201d by electronic registration, or any of the means provided by law, within the opening period indicated, and must be accompanied by the documentation listed in the following section.<\/li>\n<li>3. Documentation that will accompany the application: In advance it is anticipated that, in the event that the application for initiation does not meet the requirements indicated by or if the documentation is incomplete, the interested party will be required to, within 3 days, correct the lack of documentation or accompany the mandatory documents, indicating that in case of not attending it, it will be considered abandoned his request, filing without further formalities with the effects provided in article 21 of the law 39\/2015; having to accompany the application for authorization of installation of ventorrillo the following.<br \/>documentation: Ayuntamiento de Puerto del Rosario<\/li>\n<li>\nI. GENERAL DOCUMENTATION:<br \/>\uf0b7 DNI of the holder\/applicant.<br \/>\uf0b7 Proof of payment of social security contributions for self-employed workers<br \/>.<br \/>\uf0b7 Food handling license with a maximum age since the date of<br \/>issuance of the training certificate of five (5) years.<br \/>\uf0b7 Proof of payment of civil liability insurance.<br \/>\uf0b7 Technical Data Sheet of the \u201cVentorrillo\u201d showing its classification according to its use of<br \/>\u201cstreet vending\u201d or, if applicable, a certificate signed by a competent technician<br \/>guaranteeing its structural suitability and technical characteristics in compliance with the<br \/>suitability for the purpose for which it is intended.<br \/>\uf0b7 Bulletin and\/or certificate in force of the electrical installations and, if applicable, of the gas installation<br \/>.<br \/>\uf0b7 Certificate of installation of the means of Fire Protection in accordance with<br \/>provided in the RIPCI, as well as the maintenance certificate established for each<br \/>means.<br \/>\uf0b7 In the application form, in addition to the contact information of the owner\/applicant,<br \/>, the dimensions of the ventorrillo must be stated, as well as the declaration<br \/>, which is attached in ANNEX I of this instruction.<br \/>II. SPECIFIC DOCUMENTATION<br \/>\uf0b7 Non-profit entities: in the case of Associations, collectives, clubs or<br \/>other non-profit entities must accompany the application for participation with the following documentation:<\/p>\n<p> o Photocopy of the CIF.<br \/>o Foundational Act registered in the corresponding Registry of Associations.<br \/>o ID of the representative, who must be a member of the<br \/>board of directors.<br \/>o Affidavit signed by the representative and the secretary or treasurer with<br \/>copy of the national ID of the declarants, stating that the<br \/>profits obtained will be used for the purposes of the entity. In addition to the<br \/>following documentation:<br \/>\uf0b7 If it is a legal entity:<br \/>o Photocopy of CIF.<br \/>o Deed of incorporation of the entity, duly registered, if applicable, in the corresponding Commercial Registry<br \/>.<br \/>o DNI Administrator, In addition to the following documentation:<br \/>Ayuntamiento de Puerto del Rosario  <\/li>\n<li>\nIn any case, supporting documentation must be provided to prove that the applicant is registered as: self-employed or entrepreneur (Current Social Security Situation Report, GENERICO as of the current date) under the headings and activities corresponding to street vending or similar; CNAE 478.1 Retail trade of food products, beverages and tobacco, in stalls and street markets; CNAE 5630 Beverage establishments;<br \/>\uf0b7 932.9 Other recreational and entertainment activities, &#8230;<br \/>\uf0b7 Certificate of being up to date with social security obligations as of the date<br \/>updated.<br \/>\uf0b7 Last Autonomous Receipt issued by the bank.<br \/>\uf0b7 Certificate of situation in the census of economic activities of the AEAT to date<br \/>updated. in the epigraphs and activities corresponding to itinerant sale or similar<br \/>example 982-4; 663-1; 478-1 or similar.<br \/>\uf0b7 Certificate of being up to date in the tax obligations of the AEAT to date<br \/>updated.<br \/>The person who subscribes the request will be the one who, in case of obtaining authorization, appears<br \/>as holder of the same one, having to be all the required documents in the name of the<br \/>same person. <\/li>\n<li>\n<li>SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS<br \/>Due to the organizational and development nature of the event, participants will be responsible for the power supply system for all the street vending stands through the rental or installation of the electric generator for the energy supply of their consumption as well as those related to consumption, installation project or any other means necessary to ensure optimal supply conditions.<\/li>\n<li>\n<li>ADMISSION TO PROCESS<br \/>First: The admission to process the applications of all those that were<br \/>submitted within the deadline and form provided and accompanied by the annexes contained in the<br \/>present instruction, rejecting those that did not meet these requirements, which, in all<br \/>cases, the reason for the rejection of those applications that in<br \/>case were not admitted to process must be duly justified.<\/li>\n<li>\nSecond: Of all those applications that are admitted for processing,<br \/>will establish the award criteria numerically outlined in relation to the<br \/>award preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information at: Puerto del Rosario town hall.
