The initiative will take place from May 28 to June 13 in different cultural and sports centers of the municipality.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The City Council of P\u00e1jara, through the Department of Health and Public Health, announces the start of its annual campaign of rabies vaccination and identification of dogs, cats and ferrets, which will run from May 28 to June 13, from 10:00 to 18:30 hours, in various cultural and sports centers in the municipality. <\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign aims to promote responsible animal ownership and ensure the protection of both pets and public health. During this initiative, rabies vaccination services and the implantation of microchips in dogs from three months of age will be offered, thus allowing to update the municipal canine census in accordance with current regulations. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Councilor for Health and Public Health, \u00c1ngeles Acosta, highlights the importance of this action, pointing out that \u201cit is an opportunity that people responsible for pets should not miss, as it facilitates compliance with their legal obligations and contributes to animal welfare in our municipality\u201d. She also recalls that animals must carry their census identification permanently. <\/span><\/p>\n

For his part, the mayor of P\u00e1jara, Alejandro Jorge, stresses that \u201cprevention through vaccination not only protects our pets, but also the whole community. This campaign is another example of the firm commitment of this City Council with animal care and public health\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

The centers of the municipality that will host this campaign are the sports chan of Toto, on May 28; the soccer field of P\u00e1jara, on May 29; the soccer field of La Pared, on June 2; the Cultural Center El Card\u00f3n, on June 2, in this case 15:00 to 18:30 hours; wrestling field La Lajita, on June 5; the soccer field of Costa Calma, on June 6; wrestling field of Morro Jable, on June 12 and 13. <\/span><\/p>\n

Payments for this campaign will be made in cash and the prices range from 6 euros for the first vaccination, 6 euros for the revaccination and 20 euros for the identification.<\/span><\/p>\n
