Island corporation and Tuineje Town Council meet to discuss this and other projects included in the Island Plan for Municipal Cooperation<\/p>\n
The Cabildo de Fuerteventura and the Ayuntamiento de Tuineje have held a technical committee meeting to monitor works being carried out in the municipality under the Island Plan for Municipal Cooperation on Works and Services (Plan Insular de Cooperaci\u00f3n Municipal de Obras y Servicios).<\/p>\n
The Island Plan Committee met to report on works that have already been completed or are at an advanced stage. As part of this, the Cabildo de Fuerteventura has agreed to allocate the funds needed to complete the works on the Tarajalejo football pitch, at the request of the Ayuntamiento de Tuineje. The project is now in its final stages.<\/p>\n
The committee was also briefed on the progress of pedestrianisation works in Tesejerague, which are 90% complete and aim to improve mobility and safety for pedestrians. The project is designed to turn the area into an open-air pedestrian walkway with paving and green spaces, sufficient safety width and protective measures, as well as improvements to the existing street lighting. It also includes proper channelling of rainwater and an irrigation system for the planned vegetation.<\/p>\n
The meeting also covered works that have already been completed, such as improvements to the road in Card\u00f3n and the demolition, on Calle Betancuria in Gran Tarajal, of an old water tank and its adjoining facilities.<\/p>\n
The Cabildo de Fuerteventura and the Ayuntamiento de Tuineje have highlighted the value of cooperation between administrations in carrying out improvements to infrastructure and public spaces for the benefit of residents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
