The Consistory will be able to inspect the facilities to advance in the bidding process for the local water supply service.
The City Council of Pájara has received today a judicial resolution that authorizes it to access the desalination plant located in the town of Costa Calma, in order to gather the necessary information to continue with the bidding process for the water supply service.
The judge has required the company Fuertcan S.L. to allow the entry of the municipal technical staff, in order to evaluate the current state of the facilities and to have the necessary data to correctly size the future contract for the provision of the service.
The Government Group emphasizes that it has always maintained an attitude of dialogue and search for solutions that guarantee the general interest of the citizens. In this sense, the collaboration of Fuertcan, S.L. is expected to facilitate the access to the infrastructure and make possible the beginning of the contracting file.
With this, the Consistory reiterates its firm commitment to the improvement of essential public services and will continue working to ensure an efficient, safe and adapted to the needs of the residents of Costa Calma water supply.
