For his part, the councilman for Security and Emergencies, Raimundo Dacosta, stresses the importance of having a police station of this magnitude in the municipality. “This work is a key investment to ensure a greater police presence. The City Council of Pájara continues to bet on continuous improvement in this area to ensure the welfare of the population, the priorities we have regarding the Local Police are complemented by these actions,” he says.
Finally, Mayor Alejandro Jorge emphasizes that the work is another example of the government team’s commitment to improving safety. “Since we began our mandate, security has been one of our priorities. This project adds to the measures we have implemented, such as the expansion of the Local Police, the collaboration with the Civil Guard and the installation of security cameras. With this new police station, we take an important step in our commitment to strengthen the security services of our municipality.
