The Cabildo of Fuerteventura implements the service of obtaining the electronic certificate, in their offices of citizen attention (OAC) located in Puerto del Rosario, Corralejo, Morro Jable and Gran Tarajal. Interested persons can make an appointment from Monday, July 14, through the link: https://citaprevia.cabildofuer.es/citaprevia/?idCliente=2
As explained by the councilor of the area, Nereida Calero, “this initiative is part of the modernization process of the citizen service offices (OAC) to provide better care and facilitate the users’ relationship with the administration”.
“This is another of the services implemented during this legislature to facilitate administrative procedures for citizens, avoiding unnecessary trips to other offices to obtain this certificate,” adds Calero.
The FNMT Citizen’s electronic certificate is a digital document that contains the identified data of the individual or user. This tool allows you to carry out procedures securely on the Internet.
Any Spanish citizen or foreigner, of legal age or emancipated minor in possession of a DNI or NIE, may request and obtain their digital certificate free of charge to prove their identity.
The Citizen Service Offices (OAC) are open from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 14.00 hours (summer hours until 13.30 hours). All the information on the ACOs can be consulted at: https://www.cabildofuer.es/cabildo/atencion-al-ciudadano/oficinas-de-atencion-al-ciudadano/
