The exhibition, consisting of photographs by Carlos de Saá, makes a journey through half a century of history in the Library of Gran Tarajal and Avenida Marítima.
The Cabildo of Fuerteventura pays tribute to the Youth Week of Gran Tarajal with the exhibition ‘Years of Salt: 50 years being young’. Promoted by Museums of Fuerteventura, the exhibition opens this Thursday, July 31, at the Library of Gran Tarajal, at 19.00 hours.
The president of the Cabildo, Lola Garcia, and the Councillor for Museums of Fuerteventura, invite neighbors and visitors to take a trip back in time for half a century of history, with photographs of Carlos de Saá that relive the most special moments of the Youth Week, from its origins in the seventies to the most recent editions.
The exhibition will remain open to the public until September 15. It will have two spaces: the Library of Gran Tarajal, where visitors will be able to go through five decades of memories, unpublished materials and anecdotes, and the Maritime Avenue of Gran Tarajal.
