Saturday of craftsmanship and folkloric performances at the 36th Island Crafts Fair
– This Saturday, about 200 craftsmen and craftswomen from all over the Canary Islands will be joined by the performance of schools and folk groups from the municipalities of the island.
– Silvestre Ramírez offers in concert at 13:00 hours, the quartet of soloists Ciro Corujo, Pedro Manuel Afonso and Mariví Cabo.
– This Saturday afternoon, at 6:00 pm, Paco Perera in concert with Nuevo folklore canario and on Sunday, Los Gofiones at 12:30 pm.
Canarian music accompanies every day to about 200 craftsmen and craftswomen present and protagonists of the XXXVI Island Craft Fair Fuerteventura which is a Canarian festival with a wide program full of musical attractions, exhibitions, workshops and performances for everyone who visits, says the Councillor for Culture Jonathan Peña.
This Saturday, May 3 from 11:00 am we can enjoy the performance of the Bandita and the Woodwind Quintet of the School of Music and Dance of Pájara, followed by the Agrupación Folklórika Maxorata, the Escuela Insular de Folklore and the Choir of the Escuela Insular de Música. At 13:00 the concert of Silvestre Ramírez with the quartet of soloists Ciro Corujo, Pedro Manuel Afonso and Mariví Cano.
In the afternoon at 18:00 hours, Paco Perera will be the protagonist on stage, offering in concert the New Canarian folklore, ending the evening with the dance show by the Entresiluetas Academy.
