Our municipality has presented an innovative technological system, called AGAMENON, which will improve the humanitarian response and the management of migratory flows in the Canary Islands. An advance promoted by the Government of the Canary Islands with the collaboration of different entities that are committed to surveillance, rescue and protection of human rights.
This project, unique in Spain, uses artificial intelligence, sensors and warning systems to act more effectively in the event of emergencies at sea.
We are proud that Puerto del Rosario hosts initiatives that save lives and position Fuerteventura as a reference in social and technological innovation.
