The City Council of Puerto del Rosario informs of the publication of the tender for the drafting of the execution project of the Accessible Pedestrian Itinerary L2, with the aim of improving accessibility and pedestrian mobility between the neighborhoods of Fabelo Alto, Fabelo Bajo, Buenavista and La Charca.
This action is promoted by the Department of Mobility and Accessibility,
and is part of the municipal commitment to build a friendlier, safer and more inclusive city, where all people can move around with autonomy and in equal conditions.
The public exhibition period is until August 18, 2025.
For the mayor, David de Vera, “it is essential to continue working on the planning of pedestrian areas where the movement of residents and visitors can be facilitated, in a municipality that continues to grow, with 47,000 registered inhabitants, and faces different mobility challenges”.
The Councilor for Mobility and Accessibility, Toñi Fdez Aragón, highlighted “the work, both field, legislative, technical and administrative, to carry out these outstanding objectives that aim to develop different pedestrian areas that make travel more comfortable, and facilitate the mobility and accessibility of all citizens”.
The City Council continues to work to guarantee the right to a dignified, sustainable and accessible mobility for all residents of Puerto del Rosario.
