From tomatoes from La Corte, canned and dried fish from Las Salinas, to majorera craft beer, coffee from Costa Rica, Spirulina from Agua de Bueyes, sweets and nougat from Antigua, sweets from La Marquesita, majoreros premium cheeses or sugar cane produced in Fuerteventura, the Agricultural Market of Antigua becomes every first Sunday of the month in a sample button of excellence of zero kilometer products, fresh quality, offering as an added, affection and direct contact with producers.
The City Council of Antigua from the council of the primary sector recovers this monthly event in the square of Antigua, which in turn recovers in each edition, visits and attendance of regular customers who complete their pantry at home with the best and closest products.
The mayor, Matias Peña and the area councilor, Fernando Estupiñan, appreciate the assistance of producers and neighbors to this appointment of the first Sunday of the month, recalling that registration to participate is open and free, providing the City of Antigua the installation of tent, promotion and electrical hookup if necessary.
