On the weekend, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 May, an appointment with the Canarian tradition was held at the Craft Market of Tetir, organized by the municipality of Puerto del Rosario, through the Department of Culture.
On the occasion of the Day of the Canary Islands, the best of our land was celebrated in the Plaza de Tetir: authentic handicrafts, local products and activities for the whole family.

Inflatable mattress, Gofio workshop with Francisco Román, the Molinero de la Molina de la Asomada, and Parranda Canaria were the scheduled activities.
The mayor, David de Vera, highlighted “a consolidated market that serves as a meeting point for neighbors and visitors, where you can share a pleasant day and buy quality handicrafts.
The Councilman of Culture, Juan Manuel Verdugo, said that “this market in Tetir becomes an event where family and friends enjoy, in a relaxed atmosphere, good food and crafts, which are made available to the public in the various stalls, together with various entertainment activities for all ages.
The capital city council thanks all the artisans for their participation, and those who make it possible for this type of markets to be held in the municipality.
