Antigua congratulates the Cadets of CL Union Antigua, champions of the regional tournament Juan Barbuzano.
– The mayor, Matías Peña García and the councilman of Sports, Samuel Torres Mesa, received this Wednesday afternoon the cadet team of CL Unión Antigua in the main hall of the Municipal Consistory to congratulate them as champions of the regional tournament of Lucha Canaria Juan Barbuzano.
The young wrestlers, accompanied by the coach Jonay Matoso, the physical trainer Mario Fránquiz and the director Bernabé Brito, presented the Juan Barbuzano Trophy, depositing it these days at the Antigua Town Hall for the enjoyment of all the Canarian wrestling fans and neighbors of the Municipality.

The team of Champions, composed of Agoney Ruiz, Diego Monzón, Raúl Ruiz, Pablo Cabrera, Darián Bermejo, Gabriel González, Ancor Santana, Gabriel López, Eduardo López, Kevin Cristini and Daniel Suárez, has demonstrated its high level in each fight of the Juan Barbuzano Tournament, said the Councilman of Sports, Samuel Torres, who highlighted the work of Mario Fránquiz, Deogracia Méndez and the leader Jonay Matoso, among others.
