The City Council of Puerto del Rosario, makes an open invitation, to all interested persons, to a training session where you will learn all about the new Dynamic Procurement System (SDA), which will make public procurement more transparent, efficient and accessible.
It will be held on Tuesday, April 29 from 18:00 to 20:30 at the Centro Insular de Juventud, Calle Doctor Fleming, 1.
“The strengthening of the local socio-economic fabric goes through strengthening training, transparency and participation in public procurement,” said the mayor of Puerto del Rosario, David de Vera. “With this conference we want to bring our SMEs and freelancers the necessary tools so that they can compete on equal terms and take advantage of the opportunities offered by the City Council.”
For her part, the Councilor for Contracting, María Franco, has stressed the importance of the change: “The Dynamic Procurement System will allow us to modernize and streamline procurement processes, while prioritizing transparency and concurrence. We invite all entrepreneurs and freelancers in the municipality to attend this training and prepare to actively participate in the new system. “.
CONTENTS OF THE DAY
During the session, attendees will learn:
- How to register in the new bidding platform.
- How to generate alerts to be informed of new opportunities.
- What is the Dynamic Acquisition System, how does it work and what advantages does it offer.
In addition, participants are advised to bring a laptop computer with a digital certificate installed, in order to take full advantage of the practical part of the training.
