– Next June 14 from 09:00 to 14:00 hours in the Sports Pavilion of Antigua.
– The registration fee consists of a kilo of non-perishable food that will be donated to the Majoreros Solidarios association.

This Tuesday, April 15, was presented at the Town Hall of Antigua the V Women’s Self Defense Seminar organized by Dojo Guaboren with the collaboration of the City of Antigua from the Department of Sports.

Sensei Alex Alonso, National Master of self-defense, police and female, along with Sempai Antonio de La Lombana have presented to the mayor, Matias Peña and the councilman of the area, Samuel Torres, the poster announcing the V Seminar of Female Self-Defense to be held on June 14 in the morning, at the Municipal Sports Pavilion of Antigua.

A practical and instructive seminar that once again unites sport with social solidarity, says Councilman Torres, since the objective is to support the Majoreros Solidarios association.

Alex Alonso, teacher of the Guaboren Sports Club, recalls the practical and solidary objective of this V Women’s Self Defense Seminar, pointing out the collection for each registration, of a kilo of non-perishable food that will be delivered at the end of the Seminar to the Majoreros Solidarios Association.

Female self-defense undoubtedly brings security, resources and reflexes of response to any woman, and that knowledge is always practical in any unexpected situation, says the mayor, therefore, thank the proposal and encourage women to participate.
