The fair will be held from April 3 to 6 at the Pozo Negro experimental farm.
The Municipality of Tuineje will be present at the 38th edition of the Fair of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Fuerteventura (FEAGA), to be held from Thursday until Sunday at the Experimental Farm of Pozo Negro.
The municipality will have its own stand that will highlight the value of the local primary sector, promoting the producers of the municipality and its contribution to the economic and cultural development of Tuineje. In this edition, the fair pays tribute to coastal livestock, a fundamental sector for the tradition and development of the island.
The City Council invites all citizens to participate in this reference fair, a key meeting point for industry professionals and the general public.
The councilman of Primary Sector, Jonathan Peña, stressed the importance of the fair as a showcase for local producers: “FEAGA is a unique opportunity for our people of the countryside and the sea can show their work and quality products that are made in Tuineje. We invite neighbors and visitors to stop by our stand and see first hand the richness of our primary sector”.
For her part, the mayor of Tuineje, Candelaria Umpiérrez, stressed the commitment of the municipality with the promotion and support of local producers: “Tuineje has a great agricultural and livestock tradition, and FEAGA is the perfect setting to make visible our efforts to preserve and strengthen the primary sector. We invite everyone to visit the fair and enjoy the experience”.
The City Council of Tuineje reaffirms its commitment to the primary sector and encourages citizens to approach FEAGA 2024 and discover the excellence of the products of the municipality in an event that, year after year, is consolidated as a regional benchmark.
